Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow us at least 24 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 1-2 days to let you know your order has been confirmed 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 15-30 days depending on your requested place of delivery using our Zendrop's fulfillment service. Flat rate shipping fee of $10,90 or €9,62 applies to orders shipping  to  locations outside the European Union.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

For calculated shipping rates:  Shipping charges for  your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  

For simple flat rate shipping:  We offer €4,8/$5,5 flat rate  shipping to the following countries and regions: Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. 

Free shipping: Is available for all orders over €70/€79,53. Aditionally, all orders shipped to locations inside the region of Denmark are free

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 

We offer international shipping to the following countries and regions: Switzerland, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore, United States.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once  a shipment reaches your destination country. Glow To Rest is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES  

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original  condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible  at info@glowtorest.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory  solution.
